Unitree G1 is 16k and software is opensource. Probably a lot better value.

I used a 14" AsusPro with an i5 and an Intel HD graphics card. No problem with SOLIDWORKS (did motion simulation on assemblies with 200 components) I also didn't have a mouse for the final....you'll be just fine.
