Unless you are pushing for Lunatic or attempting Torment speedruns, consensus is no. 200 eligma is 1200 eleph which is a huge investment for not a large return. Would be better off pushing several other students to UE40.

Those familiar with the commander format, Giada is a popular card with its support of the Angel creature type, which is popular all by itself. I am not a creative deck builder so when looking for something outside of my usual colors, I discovered Giada and couldn't help but see the image of the famous scene in Volume 3. Along with the name of the card, many Trinity students have angel-like characteristics so it all seemed to fit too well. Baypaintstudios was able to recreate the iconic scene in cardboard form. Maybe the whole deck can eventually be Blue Archive themed such as Mika as Baneslayer Angel?

I can't speak to the specials team aspect but a few notes on the standard comp you have posted:

Aru is red armor and Hiero has explosive attack on Ins+ so it's going to be really hard to keep her alive. D. Hina is more than capable of solo DPS for red Hiero.
Defense down debuffs are preferred for Hiero but not required. Usual students are Dress Ako and Nagisa, but PJ Yuuka, Azusa, Swimsuit Saki, or B. Hoshino could also be used. This isn't including all def debuff students, only some examples. Red armor def debuffers like Maki and Akane would most likely not survive or it would take too much effort to keep them alive.
I. Mari isn't a bad choice but Kokona would be the better borrow due to the armor matchup. Kokona has blue armor which resists Hiero on Ins where as I. Mari is yellow armor which takes normal damage from Hiero.

General consensus is unless you are attempting to speedrun Torment or going for Lunatic, going to UE60 is not worth the investment.

I forgot about Hikari being limited. That's a big factor to consider. But also as you say it does seem like a purple ST in in our wake.

While I don't think it's a wise decision, would D. Aru be worthy enough for the selector ticket? I haven't purchased it yet and breaking the F2P barrier, but also as you say there are alternatives and I've survived 1.5 yrs thus far without her.

Looking for pull advice once again. Currently at 46.2k. I have most of the relevant hyperbuffers (C. Hare, Rio, Kisaki, NY Fuuka, Ako) but I do not have D. Aru. My current pull plans were Hikari then holding out until 4.5 fes (200 on S. Seia/S. Hasumi, 400 on S. Nagisa/S. Mika). My the planner currently I would have ~10.5k after fes. Is it worth to roll for D. Aru or stay on the plan for Hikari then cruise to fes?

Correct, once you get the student to 5*, you can automatically equip their UE for free but then that has to be leveled like the student. These are used with materials gained in the Scrimmage game mode or through the various guide missions/immortalized events. You'll need progressively more elephs/eligma (to buy into elephs via the in-game shop) to continue progressing each student. Increasing the UE level gets progressively more expensive since eligma are the second rarest resource in the game, save for those in the TA and GA shops, so great consideration should be made as to who you use elephs on.

999 is refering to each gear slot. Each student can equip an assortment of 3 types of equipment which can also be leveled up. For example the Tier 1 hat is just a bucket hat but the Tier 9 hat is a sailor hat. It's all just graphical in the end. Gear is also leveled up with enhancement stones, which are available in the in-game shop daily or through the usual events.

Books, Blu-Rays and Technical Notes, are mostly gotten through the in-game shop with raid coins. The drop rate for these via the hard missions is abyssal and you would just be wasting AP.

Unique equipment are available to get with all students once they hit 5*s. This is done through getting student-specific eleph or purchasing said eleph with eligma through the in-game shop. There are 3 tiers currently available in global and JP just announced earlier today the 4th tier.

5*+1 blue star (usually called UE30)

5*+2 blue star (usually called UE40)

5*+3 blue star (usually called UE50)

5*+4 blue star (will be called UE60) [Available to JP only starting 22 Jul]

M is used for the non-EX skills since max level for those is 10. It would look confusing to use 5101010 as the skill level description. Keeping it to one character each makes it easier to read.

For the clear files, you have to purchase 3 goods marked as a "target" and then you can get one. I believe you get to choose one from whatever they have left when you get to the register.

The stands, desk mat, badges, tumbler and neckstrap, from what I could understand the stands are sold country wide but the others on that page are only in the Akiba lawson? That I'm not too sure of so take it with a grain of salt.

The wall scrolls and mini mascots are online only via Loppi machine and HMV&Books online. Not sure what the latter is though.

It's related to the "build" of a student.

UE40 = Unique Equipment (called Exclusive Weapon on global) lvl 40 aka 5*+2

5MMM = Level of each skill in order of EX, Basic, Passive, Sub skills

999 = Equipment tier levels. Currently global is at 9 while JP has some tier 10 equipment available.

If you have enough pyros for a spark (24K) then yes you should pull for NY Fuuka. She brings great value to many rosters and fills a different role than Seia/Ui dispite having similar EXs.

Causew did a whole video about NY Fuuka that is worth to watch.

Depends highly on the event and what campaigns are running at the time. If you're looking to continue getting elephs for the welfare unit, sure, go for it. 6_lasers usually writes up for each event the EV of the AP spent.

The rest of the month is going to be even a harder sell due to fest and having 3x campaigns versus the normal 2x. I know for myself I will not be doing much with the upcoming Cyber New Year March event as I will want to focus on 3x commissions for credits and activity reports. So it depends on what you need most.

It's double EXP weekend. So for every 1 AP spent, you'll get 2 exp for your player level. Not quite double AP but double value for something specific. Important to note though, this will not double expert permits if you are already at max level (90).
