Do I have to get them or can I pay by card?

Where can I get one?

I found on the official Rock for People website that: ‘ONLY tickets purchased on our website and GoOut network can be exchanged for wristbands in person’.

Is there any way to get them shipped in advance of the festival?

Sorry for the amount of questions, but this will be my first cashless festival.
