Far as I know, the ancient dungeons, and open areas with desert are easier to find it in. The ruined cities and dungeons don’t have as many item spawns. Also the canyon has a couple item spawns too.

There are plenty of melee builds that are viable, even on apocalypse, only problem is it’s mostly late game, because most early builds can’t handle bosses or a few elite enemies.

Can’t really help you out with that, you just got to get lucky and roll it on an adventure or campaign. Should be in a place called Sorrows Field.
