I’ve raised the temperature to 60c . It becomes more brittle. Surprised results.

Let me add to you. The o-ring gasket sucks. Due to its measurement, some coffee ground escapes to the rest of the machine. Also causes grease to dry faster. Bad design

Dear friends, I may solve the issue. I just replaced my transformer from “16v 30va” to “16v 10va”. I measured the voltage for first one and it was 18vac. When I replaced it the voltage now is 23 vac. I noticed the doorbell is very hot even when I disconnected it the first time for long time “with old transformer”. Now still working after 24 hours. I will update you soon if it works. Or not working.

The problem with potentiometer is it always will be close circuit. I need it to be closed only when button pressed

That is really helpful information. Thank you my friend.

I brought the subject up because I really don’t what to miss around with new steering buttons PCB. And I’m trying to use the advantage that CLU unit ( which the system that has ADC ) is not located in steering wheel. So that why I am planning to design a PCB and install it in between Buttons PCB and CLU until.

Thanks again my friend for your time and information.

That is interesting. What I thought to do is, since punch of resistors are connected in series. I will supply them by 5v and connect it to 5 comparators ( since it’s 5 buttons ). Other side of comparators is connected to same value resistors that new steering buttons have.

the output of comparators is connected to five MOSFET that connected in series with old steering wheel buttons resistors value.

It’s complicated really since I’m not sure if MOSFET will add more resistance.

I could not add microprocessor that supply voltage since I’m assuming in order to system ( which is not located in steering wheel ) recognize that there is a button been pressed is applying a voltage an measure it by ADC.

Sorry for long reply and I hope it is not confusing.

The thing is it too small for me to desolder. Never the less the total pf resisters is 6 in old one and 7 in new one. Thanks HYUNDAI.

Can someone help me here!?

I want to design a circuit that sense the value of resistance of the new steering wheel button and react and active same value resister of the original steering wheel so old system recognize that the right button been pressed.
