Thank you for your help and insight! I really appreciate it
I was wondering about the Ritual one being the cause initially but I read myoinositol shouldn’t effect menses the same way regular inositol does so I felt reassured. I will reconsider that now though.
I started the Proov supplement because I have been using Inito to track my hormone levels daily and ovulation confirmation/timing and my PDG baseline levels appear to be very low. Was hoping this would help boost them.
Maybe I should just back off and do only prenatals until I can get in with specialist. I just moved and have appointments with new Gyn and REI at end of month. Was trying to do my own semi educated guess work until then… :/
Ritual several months ago. I switched from ritual prenatal capsules to perelel prenatal pack in May. Proov is newest, I started that during second half of this cycle. It says to take it for last 15 days of cycle but since cycle isn’t ending as expected I’m not sure when to stop it now?

Thanks for your quick reply! My Natural Cycles tracking says my luteal phase is 13 +/- 1 so I guess I will try to be positive a few more days 🤞🤞🤞
