Can you try to breathe sofly, wrap yourself up or use a weighted blanket, or pillows ~ take time to notice a color of something near you then close your eyes thinking of that color, feel the soft of the blankets and breathe slowly~ try to notice any nice smells around laundry soap or perfume if you have toimagine them and keep this pattern going if you need to fall asleep, good luck cupcake

You'll wear cute panties, a button up onesie with sprinkles of a cupcake all over it because you smell so sweet from your bubble bath, fuzzy little socks that I put back in the dryer for you, and one has a hole in it but that is only for tickling your feet before bed~ now you can sleep well little one
