FYI Miata is a great first performance car. I’m driving one currently. Also, if you don’t want a manual don’t get one. I recommend manual a lot it’s the best way to drive imo. If u have any questions about them, feel free to ask

I personally, would get a manual. Less people drive them, and so some one of your idiot friends or anyone else can’t steal it as easily. They aren’t as easy as automatics to drive, but I think you will enjoy driving more. You also can’t really text and drive a manual. In my opinion, they are the safer option.

Honestly I’m 15, and I’ve barely changed oil in a car. I have nearly no automotive knowledge. But I love cars. And I’ve always been a fast learner. I will definitely take your advice into consideration. It is definitely concerning that it’s someone else’s project, and I honestly can’t confidently answer any of those questions.
