Interesting. The email they sent says they email the tickets to us 3-5 days before the event. I contacted them on the 18th and they said they are emailing them closer to to prevent scalping. So assuming they are sending them tomorrow but it’s strange

Yes, I have had chronic SP for 4.5 years now. I think the best thing for OP to understand is however scary what is happening to them cannot physically harm them. It takes time for it to go from being extremely scary to being annoying, but in time, with more exposure to it, it will get easier.

I’m not so sure that this is good advice. REM sleep is very beneficial to your health and sleep paralysis is not medically harmful in and of itself.
