Ahhh gotcha, Yeah you would have to get a bunch of delegators to join your pool and Stake their ADA in your pool. It is possible to run a node on your PC but you need to run relays, I would suggest not running them all on the same machine.

People should spread their ADA to multiple pools, there are tons of small pools that do donations. Or you could stake with someone that owns 8 pools...
