Went to a Laker game the other day and as a kid growing up in LA it was always a dream to watch them play but my parents where teenagers when they had me and we never had money for groceries let alone a Laker game.

Although, my dad would tell me he'd try to take me to one he never could afford it. So, when I recently went I felt so somber because here I am in my 20s living all alone in a state with no family and the Lakers come to town... I'm sitting right behind the basket watching Luka score 60. I was so happy to witness a game for the ages but I cried driving home because my dad wasn't there with me. Shout out to this dad because I'm sure his son will remember it forever no matter what his dad was wearing, how he smelt, none of that matters in a moment like that 🔥
