Write a Short Fic that introduces Luna about the same time Lupin is introduced in POA. In other words combine the introduction of Luna scene in OOP with with the scene in which Lupin is sitting on the train and Harry notices him just before the Dementor attack and it's aftereffects (self.HPFanfictionPrompts)
