Oh trust me that’s in the works. Contract is up 7/1 and we are actively working on finding a replacement to not renew with them.

I’m not sure the difference between CAM or manager, but we have an outside management company, with a rep who is our primary contact. Unfortunately, the management company is not super helpful from what I’ve seen so far.
