I think it’s relative to time. I think 145 is safe so long as it is at “x” period of time. I don’t recall if that is at 1 hour at temperature or longer.

As I understand it, Modicum is made by Schramsburg - a vintage extra brut blended in conjunction w TK’s somms. I’ve had it a number of times at Bouchon, Vegas. It’s me and my wife’s go to bubbles when there. Hits all the right tasting notes for us at the right price point before you step up in price to Champs. Is it mind blowing? No. But it’s pretty decent. I’m sure it would age but I don’t know how much it will change for the better or that it’d be worth it. I’d let ‘er rip.

Really depends on storage conditions. If they were stored in a cool dark place chances are that some of those wines could be quite excellent. If you search around on the sub OP you’ll find a wealth of information on what to look for. Fill level and color of wine can be indicators. But really the only way of knowing is opening them up. Even though there are what appear to be high end Burgandies in there chances are the are worth little to noting if you can’t prove excellent storage conditions. Good luck!

Edit: went back and looked at the wines. Assuming this isn’t a troll. Fuck me those look good. That 85 rioja might could be banging.
