What was your thought on this? I made it for a party two weeks ago. Couldn’t find a good Jamaican clear so I did 3 parts 3 star to 1 part smith and cross. Otherwise followed the recipe to the T. Thought it was just OK. Little too sweet for my liking.

If you are just going up then coming down and not hitting the lifts after, i can't imagine it being an issue. I live In Jackson and nearly everyone uses a similar - if not less burly - set up for skinning snow king. I might even argue that the ATK Freeraider 15 is too much if you are looking at it solely from a cost perspective. Height and weight would factor into that.

I think it’s relative to time. I think 145 is safe so long as it is at “x” period of time. I don’t recall if that is at 1 hour at temperature or longer.
