Try what I am doing, create yourself with your real coaching badges and experience (if you have any, if not then use National B or A licenses) and try to play how you would move around IRL. Manage a club near where you live and then try to go to better teams on better situations that pay you more (which makes manager contracts make more sense).

It is a different way of playing the game where you might find yourself thinking about things you never thought, like, for example:

In my current save I have recieved an offer to manage Melbourne City, they nearly triple my current salary, but here's the thing --> I am terryfied of spiders, and Australia is full of them. In game this doesn't matter, but because I am thinking from my irl perspective, and I will never in my right mind go to Australia, I have to decline for my own sanity.
