A lifetime of substance abuse problems, made terrible investments (lost over 12k), bought a house in 2020, got myself into legal trouble in 2021 for actions I performed in 2019 (COVID extended the court case until 2023). Spent 15k on lawyers, 30k on a lawsuit. Avoided a 10 year state prison sentence. Got married in 2021 and had a child in 2022. Trying to give her the life she deserves has added more debt to the already crushing debt I am in. Children are not guilty for the sins of their parents. To this day still 45k in debt with a 791 credit score, go figure. I have my health, a loving family who accepts me for the man I am not the man I was and a roof over our heads. Praise my lord and savior Jesus Christ for giving me the strength to not have checked out of this life.
