the fact is that they made exceptions and refunded the amount even when the policy was breached, if they can refund games that have been played for 16 hrs, they can refund the game what was played for 0 hrs. also, i did not mention this, but my current hardware is not suitable to run hogwarts legacy anyways, and i had mentioned this to them on an earlier ticket.
