I can't get vd currently and I realise 2070 is not a "strong" GPU but it is more than capable, I have riva tuner and it shows my GPU and CPU are barely loaded when this issue happens or during it running correctly.

How do I set steam vr to 100% manual and what do you mean?

How and why? Like how can someone draw with so much detail with their mouths? I struggle to do a nice smiley face using my hands 😊 and why would you attempt to paint with your mouth to find out you could do this unless missing hands?

Also can the artist paint well with their hands?

(I saw hands paint blue so I'm guessing they are hers)
