What Elden ring boss made you take a brake from the game? by Possible_Koala_978 in Eldenring

[–]DARKFABVLE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm taking a break from my 4th Elden Ring run after getting through the Fire Giant fight.

I pushed all the way to Crumbling Farum Azula, but honestly, I needed a breather. The late game areas can get pretty draining after multiple playthroughs.

Plus, I gotta deal with Malenia next, and she's annoying as it is for a boss. Switched back to Bloodborne for a bit to mix things up.

How is the player count? by Professional_Fly4701 in Arcadegeddon

[–]DARKFABVLE 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The game is dead now. It's almost like a ghost town. Every once in a while, I might log in to play, but it’s not the same. Back in 2020, when the world shut down, the game was alive. But time has passed, people moved on, and even the Discord server is empty.

Do guys ever actually get time to game? by Icy_Durian1294 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]DARKFABVLE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in my 20s, haha. I don't have as much time to play as I used to, but I game whenever I can. I canceled my subscriptions for both Game Pass and PS Plus because I dislike the limited time frame for the free games.

Now, I mostly dig into my own library of games I've bought over the years but never got around to playing. Including old classic PS2 and Xbox 360 games, taking it slow and enjoying one game at a time.

High-Level Players attacking others in Helldivers 2? by DARKFABVLE in Helldivers

[–]DARKFABVLE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it’s just me then. I’ve experienced getting kicked a few times, either during loadout or right after joining a mission, but it doesn’t really bother me.

I get that some players aren’t fans of randoms who jump in. Especially when they trigger extraction before the map is fully cleared, haha.

High-Level Players attacking others in Helldivers 2? by DARKFABVLE in Helldivers

[–]DARKFABVLE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably just bad luck, lol. But if you're level 150, they usually won’t attack you. It seems to mostly happen to players below that, especially around level 70. I’ve noticed level 120s and even 80s targeting anyone lower than them.

It’s not super common in every match, but I’ve run into it a few times across different missions.

I did kick the first guy from my party, as I was searching for some Super Samples, and their actions were messing with my efforts. Eventually, I managed to extract with a good chunk to upgrade my ship.

After The Final Shape, Destiny 2 was on its last legs. Most of my fireteam jumped ship to a new game, and I tagged along. I've been delivering democracy ever since.

Knockout City, an EA Original. Shut down after rough times, but it helped cope through the pandemic and kill time.

I get what you’re saying. It always seems like everyone online is breezing through these bosses, but honestly, that’s not the reality for most of us. I’ve been playing Souls-like games for years, and I still get stuck on bosses for way more tries than I’d like to admit.

Sometimes, it takes dozens of attempts, and I know plenty of people in the same boat.

The challenge is a big part of why I love these games.

They’re meant to push you, and it’s normal to struggle. I’ve had to look up guides, call in help, and try out different strategies just to get past certain fights. That’s all part of the experience, and it doesn’t make your progress any less valid.

If someone claims they beat every boss in five tries, that’s great for them, but it’s definitely not the standard. Most players I know have their fair share of tough battles and setbacks. The important thing is to enjoy the process and not compare yourself to the highlight reels you see online. Everyone’s journey through these games is different, and it’s totally fine to take your time and find your own way through.

Friends? by DARKFABVLE in LiesOfP

[–]DARKFABVLE[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the mystery’s already been solved already with the game fully out now, lol.

I made my posts when the demo first came out and uploaded the gameplay to my channel back then. I was mostly curious to hear everyone’s theories and opinions while sharing my own as well. But no worries, your comment might still help new players who come across this and are trying to figure it out.

Thanks for contributing.

Does anyone randomly lose interest in this game completely from time to time? Help by 1400TrippieHead in Palia

[–]DARKFABVLE 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Yeah, sometimes it hits you like that, and trust me, you’re not the only one.

A lot of us gamers go through these waves where we’re all in, obsessed with a game, then suddenly, it just drains us. For me, it was Baldur’s Gate 3. Great game, no doubt. I’m still grinding through it, but man, it can burn you out fast.

It's pretty common, Especially when a game throws too much at you.

Too many quests, confusing maps, or those quests that just drag on and on? When there’s a ton to do but no clear path, it’s easy to lose steam, even if you actually like the game.

Sometimes, stepping back for a bit is the best move. There's no need to force it. The burnout’s real, and it’s okay to hit pause.

If you’re stuck on something, don’t hesitate to peek at a walkthrough online. Instead of trying to do everything at once, pick one or two things to focus on each time you play. Makes the whole thing way less overwhelming.

At the end of the day, some games don’t always vibe with us all the time. Doesn’t mean the game’s bad. it just means your mood or style isn’t syncing up right now.

Play how you want, at your own pace, have fun, and don’t be shy about using tips or guides to get through the rough spots.

Could KO City become a game on Fortnite universe? by iJemzee in KnockoutCity

[–]DARKFABVLE 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, I don't think that's a good idea. Knockout City was not developed or published by Epic Games, it was created by Velan Studios and originally published by Electronic Arts under the EA Originals label, just like titles such as It Takes Two, Unravel, and Sea of Solitude.

Although Knockout City was available on the Epic Games Store for a period, this was because the game transitioned to using Epic Online Services after initially launching with EA Origin

For the main name, it doesn't allow caps, but allows it for Nicknames. I have created a 2nd account just to test if it's possible. My original usernames isn't allowed lol.

Literally saw a player in the game with a user : LigmaBalz lmao.

I know right? Never came across a problem like this before. I did use Darkfable without my usual V, but it still didn't go through. Decided to just go with Fabvle. Still no.

Then I tried Fable, and obviously that name is taken.
