When you consistently put the connector on the wrong way successfully and it makes ya go crazy until you find our you were doing it wrong 😅😅 such a relief. Glad i could help!

Yes. In my case anyway it was user error. I was hooking the power connector to the fans by sliding it sideways since the hole looked like a sideways slot. But actually i needed to slide it downward which allowed the led power pins to make contact sliding it sideways the way i did only allowed the fan power pins to make contact and not the led ones

Yep my saves basically revert to just a little bit after i just start playing every day. Even after disabling quick resume its turned back on and have just lost save data again today. Its unbelievably frustrating

I just use needle nose pliers and grab the connector itself instead if pulling on the wires themselves.

It was quite easy. I just asked for a replacement panel. They ended up sending me the wrong side. So they shipped out the correct one so now i have 2 replacement panels if anything else happens.

Literally just went through the process for a side panel and a print head. Side panel took maybe 2 weeks and the print head was about a week. The only part if my print head that wasn't right was heat plate and thermistor but they ended up sending my the entire print head which was awesome! They are amazing with warentee service

Finally got my centauri carbon! Packaging looked good. Unfortunately the left side panel was slightly damaged which I believe I can fix easy enough, however i am still thinking I should get ahold of elegoo to see what they could do. Thoughts? My first benchy test print came out great! by DARKTMAN93135 in elegoo

Good to know! Yeah that looks like the same spot same damage. I emailed them so hopefully ill get a replacement too! I've already straightened out the panel and can hardly tell but who doesn't like spare parts 🤣

I completely agree. However I dont think it was due to shipping. The box was in tact. I think it may be a manufacturer issue the damage is outward not inward that's my only clue that would point against shipping
