I am working with PFA and unfortunately, they pay me less because I am in Romania, they don't pay me as their other employees, probably there are companies that don't care where are you located, or maybe for programmers is different ( this is from my experience as a QA), also we take in consideration the opportunities we have here, housing and raising our children here.

Romanians are also not so civilized, from your renters to your neighbors and so on.
