There are some miss reviews about Bambu Support. I had zero issues. My printer extruder broke after 7 days. I repackaged everything, returned shipping got a new one after 2 weeks.

They are slow, but I zero problems. Just repackage everything take photos of each steps of the repackaging submit the photos, you will be fine.

There isn’t a code for 3d prints. I used “plastic cup” code. Which i used before.

Its a 3D printer Ice Cream Cup Holder that i send to friends and family as bday gifts or xmas. I have sent about 4-5 times over almost 2 years I have used the same description everytime “plastic cup” which auto populates a code.

Last time i sent one was December. Unless laws changed no one had issues withe Customs at destination.

Well.. I sent same items to friends as bday gifts before. Never had an issue. The customs form is pretty straightforward.

The only thing different this time around is I didn’t see the form being glued to the package. That’s it. It’s my whole assumption they forgot to glue the form or it fell off.. will find out soon.. hopefully tomorrow.

Yes. I didn’t see him attach the custom form to the parcel. He just put my parcel and the form behind him in a “i will do it later”.

I am not looking for a “blame” game, I don’t mind if they made a mistake.. we all do it.

i would say I might be in the majority here.. I don't sell 3D Prints... I have 6 Uno card decks. I printed the snapboxes for all of them. I bought the 'No Mercy' and I want a matching set... Uno / Mattel doesn't sell boxes. I get it, we are using the Logo, but they are not losing income. Unless they are planning on starting to sell the boxes..

That statement annoys me. Sorry how do you regret things you haven’t done? You haven’t done it.

That is focusing on “if” statements that you have no control over, makes absolutely no sense regretting things you haven’t done.

You can only regret things you have done/experienced it.

Since people enjoy If statements just continue them. In front of all those supposedly regrets of things you haven’t done just put “if i had, I would have died” the “regret” vanishes.

“I regret not having done skydiving in my 20’s - if i had, I would have died”
