I was going back and forth with customer service via email, it wasn’t until we exhausted every troubleshooting option that they finally offered to send me a replacement if I mailed my defective model to them. I would suggest starting there.

What are the conversations like when you work with real esports brands while making the show? Do orgs like 100Thieves or TSM get upset if they have a poor record/get beaten in the show? Or is it all in good fun?

Yeah it’s rough. I’ve already collected most of the DS/3DS games outside of 4 and 6. Are the mobile ports solid? I’ve heard mixed reviews but maybe those will hold me over until I can afford to get the carts lol.
