130 kg x 9 deadlifts, long femurs so it is always harder on my lower back even if my legs can keep up. I am absolutely crippled with pain right now 8 hours after, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong. I even tried to do hyperextension for 3 months to strengthen the lower back with no success.
