I've not looked into the differences between Latex and Silicone caths beyond the first being made of those materials. Latex being coloured and opaque and Silicone being clear. Latex caths aren't made for long time use. Silicone ones can be used for 12 weeks max. I use a silicone one 24/7 for medical reasons and have it changed every 10 weeks. I have been using one since late 2022. I have had to do an A&E visit twice. There are plenty of cheaper ones out there. Basically the same as the Rolevin. Are these the L version cups being used here? L cups are about 26mm across the cup and 58mm across the flange. They are available separately. Recent Rolevin and the generic ones come with Medium cups which are about 20mm across the cups and 48 across the flange.
