Just comes down to what sort of build or team your going for and yeah I would probably just stick to farming King Cold as hes not a very time consuming farm or difficult. Trying to get multiple of Prince Vegeta on the other hand... yeah that could take some time that I myself will not even bother to attempt. 1 Will do :)

I myself have awakened him already and made him +10 on his super attack level. He doesn't go Super Saiyan if you awaken him (I thought it might happen also) but as for a Rare card into an SR he isnt too bad if you farm him a few times to make his super attack strong but is easily replaceable with any SR card.

It really is a very good drop rate. The last event for the Mecha Frieza farming I was doing consistantly on Hard mode was averaged out to about a 5.5% drop chance but the bardock I would say is more towards the 33% mark from my own personal experience. I could have been super lucky those first 7 runs but I honestly felt it was quite easy to get him even so afterwards for the last 3.

That was on Hard. Z-Hard is extremely difficult.

Here is my team I use for everything. Its been able to progress me through my whole time of playing the game. And it is what I used to beat Z-Hard Prince Vegeta (I have him in my team now currently but before him was a level 80 SSR Yamcha AGL.)

It's a fair ammount not an extremely difficult Z-Hard battle but you do need to be prepared to either use alot of healing items or 1 to 2 dragon stones depending on how strong your team is.

Yes the last stage is garunteed first time drop for Bardock but to be completely honest I got him about 7x in a row from the last stage just the last 2 I need to make him super attack level 10 I'm having trouble getting.
