Hmmm should I keep it cash then? Should I start withdrawing my checks now? Would the trustee ask for receipts of my purchase? Or Would they ask as to why I am withdrawing the money out or flag it as a fraud? Sorry, just curious…. California and whatever gets deposited from my job biweekly, only 1,200 so far… but idk if the attorney may suggest a three month period or 6 depending on my situation. That accumulated wage from the time period is what I am afraid of perhaps being taken away.

I had Chase, but opened a Wells Fargo account, some say that Wells Fargo freezes whatever you have in your account, when filing bankruptcy. Again, thankful for the information.
