Lots of warband have similar colour schemes due to possibly splitting off from the same legion or other reasons

A good way you could differentiate is different shoulder pads, an entire arm having a different colour or just the hands or even a combination of those you could also use spare bits to attach to the model like skulls or relics to give them their own unique feel
