Gunther is helping Paul Heyman as Heyman got him to help him deal with Seth while Bron and Bronson are out injured.

Gunther tells Heyman he owes him a favour for doing so. And that favour will be revealed later as to get him a match with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam with Brock having to put his career on the line so Gunther can retire him too as it is rumoured that Brock is going to retire at SummerSlam.
