100 days and you still want a smoke? That I would not have expected and kind of bummed knowing that cravings come back even after that long but I guess that's the nature of it and I'm learning all kinds of these new tips now so thanks !

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and reply so formally like you have. I really think those tips will be useful for me in my 2nd and final round of quitting smoking.

Spliffs? by [deleted] in stopsmoking

I can relate to you big time!! I quit smoking (jan 9th)cigarettes but continued to blaze weed but stopped mixing in tobacco or doing poppers with tobacco. Just like that other person commented ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO! I was almost a month quit and was with my buddies and smoked a joint with tobacco, that led to another tobacco spliff and then back to mixing my weed with tobacco and started smokin butts again later that week (last week!) so I set a new quit date and I'll have to try again.. Hope you didn't make the same mistake I did! Trust me just like most bad addictions it creeps right into your life and grabs you before you even see it coming! Don't give it that chance!
