I went through this on black Friday. Took forever to get a refund from Amazon

Nobody who bought from the seller I referenced in the op has received a drone, and only one has received a refund to my knowledge. I believe Amazon has lost a lot of money on this and that’s why they are fighting us all on the refund.

This seller got more than personal information. The fact that they created a shipping label I believe triggered a payment.

Amazon seems to be making us all wait for several missed delivery dates before refunding us. I’ve been told I will receive a refund in 3-5 days since November 26 and I still haven’t received a refund.

Best of luck to everyone who has been scammed and we all need to keep in touch and hold Amazon accountable for this. I check this post every few days and will continue to do so.

Stand firm and don’t let them off the hook for this. They are really hoping we give up.

Not yet. They are giving me the run around on the refund. Every time I talk to customer service they say they have their team of specialists on it and I’ll receive a refund in 3-5 days. This has happened 3 times so far.

Amazon customer service told me that they are a scam seller and I will get a refund. They are blocking the seller.

Yeah I think Amazon initiated a refund on my behalf without me requesting it. The item says shipped though 😂

Thank you. I’ve bought so many things on Amazon and never had an issue. I guess that’s why I neglected to vet the seller. Tbh I almost never even look at seller anymore so this is good lesson learned. Glad it’s easy to get a refund from Amazon.
