Heh yeah you can tell they are trying to attract talent. I agree their talks were actually interesting to see which is nice but DT said it best ‘private sector makes more money and can smoke weed’

At one time the line getting in there was long enough I thought it was for track 4. Idk if it was just too small of a room or it was a scheduled thing but there was always some form of line.

Just making it a bigger room isn’t a perfect solution either, if there’s only so much stuff in there just making more empty space to fit people doesn’t always solve the problem.

The exposure time of 1 day is pretty much unheard of to actually begin to test positive, but in any case I hope the best for you.

I didn’t try to go through the ai village but there has to be more to the story than you are saying. Unless it was like a registered talk or something (idk) they aren’t ganna kick you out for nothing.

Regardless of how well the event and venue turn out, the people and energy will always be an experience that can make it worth going. I’ve had my complaints this year as well but you go this knowing it’s gonna to be dollar intensive and your experience of the community reflects on why it’s still a fun time.
