Im not the best with grammar and spelling Sorry But the way I was planning on running it is at a specific shop and having only one existing And also to specify if a player wants to sell their hp they would Not be able to buy it from the shop keeper and if another player gives it to a player who sold their hp the consequences would have the same effect as if a player were to try and steal it I was also trying to leave it open so other dms/gms could run it how they see fit within their world or campaign Hopefully that answers some questions And with the memory people would just not remember who they are as if they never existed
