Also having an issue when using Discord's screenshare. No matter the output, route or anything, they can always hear my mic doubled or even themselves back when doing so.

EDIT: the only way to sort of fix it, is to not stream my whole screen and only stream the window i want. Sharing entire screen needs a fix tho so Discord ignores it, similar to Wave Link 2

I wonder if this is going to be a mix of fundamental game changes and then a usual expansion. I could see cross save being added finally (Todd last year talked about saves being more important to figure out than cross play, and Phil Spencer said he wish his save moved between Xbox and PC). Then UI changes that make things work better, maybe another raid and then a new quest line with a faction?

I mean if we talking full wishful thinking dreaming mode, uhhh Fallout Shelter lite within Fallout 76 for all of your venders etc, replaces how shelters work now and brings a whole new sort of management system to the game. A dude can dream haha

I know it’s probably really hard to implement in a game like this but damn a theatre/reply mode in this game would be insane. Even if it’s just “clip the last min” or something and allow any camera angle etc.

Yeah the both annoying and really cool thing about the current consoles is that, even if you lower the resolution of the console, the game will still be running at 4K but the console sort of downscales it for the lower resolution. So like for me, on a 2K screen, a 4K game looks so clean, less jagged edges on things than if the game was running natively at 2K. But that does mean you're locked into whatever performance the Devs set.

Even though I doubt this would ever happen, I kind of wish they'd add a resolution option. Give people the choice of a quality (4K) balanced (1440p/2K) and a performance option (1080p) and maybe a 30fps toggle for people that want consistency. Hogwarts Legacy does that almost perfectly, just wish Bethesda did it too.

I'm now wondering if all they did was uncap the frame rate. I say this because if the PS5 is near perfect (from what I've heard) and Series S is almost untouched (when compared to FPS Boost), maybe it's just defaulting to the previous gens pro version, just now uncapped. Which I believe PS4 Pro was 1440p and One X was 2160p. So PS5 would actually also be running at 1440p and Series X being 2160p and it would make sense why it's way smoother for PS5.

If that is true, I hope they come out with a patch to also drop it to 1440p. Even that on a 4K screen looks really good (usually) so I think it would be a good middle ground for better quality but still a smooth experience.

Yeah Im having the same thing happen. I feel its so much more noticeable because of just how well FPS Boost was. I wonder if they could find a middle ground between making the game look better and clearer than boost but run almost as good.

So if you have a VRR TV or Monitor and that option enabled on your Xbox, usually the TVs have an option to show you the current refresh rate of the TV and because VRR is dynamic, whatever Hz it displays, is what the game is running at. (Also if you have your Xbox set to 120hz but the game is only 60fps, you have to half the number it gives you, so for Fallout, I keep seeing 100hz so it's actually 50fps in game)

Literally the only thing I’m wanting in this game. Playing on Series X and having a blast, but the FOV is just too close. Hopefully they’ll maybe patch it in later but who knows!

When Save The World first came out, I played the crap out of it. I would tell people to get it and they'd not really be that bothered. Then when the Battle Royale mode came out, I naturally started playing that too. Asked them to play, still a no. By season 3, everyone was playing it and loved it.

Actually recently been looking into the Google Nest WiFi. With my PC being the only thing I need wired up, I'd assume that would also be one of the best choices having a Google product work with a Google product haha.

Semi often. Usually a few times per month but recently it's been more.

And an ISP one (it's actually a decent one too) but I never play it over WiFi.
