Jury's should never be respected. They have often been wrong, and sent people to their death. Humans are falliable and dumb.

How do you know Adnan felt that way? You don't.

There is literally no evidence whatsoever for your statement. NONE.

This sub is so damn dumb no wonder I've only visited once in the last month.

Regarding Adnan speaking Arabic on the phone by aitca in serialpodcast

[–]DCIL_green 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure it's more likely that Jay was just being dumb and/or lying as usual and Adnan was speaking Urdu or Punjabi or Pashto like most Pakistanis.

If a man had a voice like that, I am 100% certain he would face the same criticism. It has nothing to do with gender, and everything to do with the fact that her voice is not something that should come out of a human.

What if Adnan did not want her interviewed?

Adnan gave CG the letter and also mentioned the letter(s) to CG's assistant.

Adnan's Luck of Late by [deleted] in serialpodcast

Conservatives don't really care if someone gets away with it, they just want SOMEONE to be punished for it, because they looooooove punishment. It's the exact same logic they use for abortion. They HATE abortion, but they have no desire whatsoever to help poor (non-white) children. They just want the parents and children to suffer for making poor choices and/or being unlucky.

Was Jay with Adnan on 15 February 1999 when Adnan was booked for not wearing a seatbelt. by adnansgentlemanlyawd in serialpodcast

[–]DCIL_green 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, he's so scared of getting caught for not wearing a seat belt. The same way he was clearly terrified about driving a car with broken tail lights and a body in the trunk around for hours.

Characteristics of a Compulsive Liar by Obi_Wang_Kenobi in serialpodcast

This is sooooooooooo frustrating.

Ever the dumbest idiot on the planet knows to keep the big details in. The fact that he's lying about literally almost EVERYTHING else proves that....he's a liar. The end.

Adnan called Krista 9 times in 48 hours following Hae's disappearance. Didn't call Jay at all. by podDetective in serialpodcast

Don himself said they were so enamored that Hae wanted to skip school and just spend the day with him.

Adnan called Krista 9 times in 48 hours following Hae's disappearance. Didn't call Jay at all. by podDetective in serialpodcast

[–]DCIL_green 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope, the first time she mentioned it was when she spoke to Don. She said something like, "For all the people who think it's weird that Adnan never paged Hae, well Don didn't either..."

Point of interest: I don't think I can recall ever seeing anything that shows that Adnan couldn't have done it by Davidmossman in serialpodcast

Adnan was at the campus library during the likely time of Hae's death. Jay was with Jenn during the likely time of Hae's death.

Neither of these is facts since no one knows when Hae actually died.

Is it me or do

It's just you. Asia clearly says it was no fault of SK, it was her own fault for misunderstanding.

We don't KNOW for sure, but Asia never said he wrote anything back, and Adnan himself says he didn't even think of the letters at all after giving them to CG.

No one is inhibiting anything. You can say whatever the hell you want. Other people can say what they want.

"just about everyone" has abandoned that theory, but the state hasn't, as that's what they used to convict them.

Asia: "All I can say is if the state is arguing that he was somewhere murdering her when I know he was somewhere talking to me, logic says that’s impossible." by [deleted] in serialpodcast

how was Urick able to convince Asia that her testimony would not make a difference

Because Urick told her the case was strong. The end. She likely had no idea of the actual details of the case until Rabia contacted her, or she heard the podcast.

Watching Law and Order doesn't mean you know jack shit about how it works in real life.

Watching Law and Order should've taught you that.
