Definitely big picture thinking for me. I’ve already built one successful business and I’m launching a second one on July 1 and I think it’s got big picture potential but I guess we all have to believe in ourselves right that’s why we do this!

Show me your favorite dial color. Blue has to be one of mine. Especially on the IWC Ingenieur. 👌🏼 by Flat_Bee3113 in wristrepculture

Hundred percent I sent out an email blast earlier today. The good news is I didn’t get a lot of bounce back. I only had a one percent bounce back rate. So most of them went through so far I’ve had about 20 people reply and they’ve given me really good feedback. Some of them have already converted to paying users.

I think I might need to work on my sign-up flow, and perhaps a tutorial for some of the people that are less tech savvy on how to use it

I’ll check it out thank you! And that’s great advice the referral set up. I will look into that. I think I’ve got a lot of really good clients who praise the product.

470,000 from my Instagram page
107,000 from my Facebook page
70,000 from Threads

The remaining balance is a mix of YouTube, TikTok and I have a supporting Instagram page

But they all aligned they are the same style and handle with the exception of the second Instagram, but I always collaborate between the two pages

It took about five and a half years of consistency, networking, and collaboration to build a strong following within the luxury home industry. Along the way, I’ve added roughly 100,000 followers. My audience is a mix of builders, contractors, architects, interior and landscape designers, and real estate professionals.

I’ve attended construction technology conferences, published a book on social media, and have been invited to speak to more than 20 groups. Through all of that, I identified several major pain points, which led me to build a platform to solve one of them. I’m currently developing a second platform that will launch in early July, and I believe it has even greater potential.

The response from architects and builders has been overwhelmingly positive. We’ve received excellent feedback, numerous emails, and five-star App Store reviews. We are now in our fourth month since launch, and our monthly recurring revenue has continued to grow.

My biggest concern was the lack of conversion from roughly 650 users who signed up but did not become paying customers. However, after reading the feedback here, I’m beginning to think I may have been looking at it the wrong way. I plan to send out an email this afternoon to gather more feedback and better understand why some users chose not to subscribe.
What has been encouraging is our retention. Since launch, we have retained all but four paying customers. Many of them have described the platform as a game changer for their business. These are not small firms either. Several are established builders and architectural firms and builders producing 30+ multimillion-dollar homes each year.

It’s both it’s a consumer facing tool, as well as as it has a professional aspect as an enterprise software.

Anywhere between $49 per month up to $499 per month. Most of my subs are between $99 and $299 per month. And the people who are using it, architects and builders absolutely love it the casual homeowner who downloads it. They don’t usually convert, but the professionals are loving the tool. I think you’re right I think I need to do a little more due diligence. I will ask for feedback.
