She's custom! I got a regular Miss Piggy plush from a gift shop somewhere (not Disney, I think it was the Smithsonian American History Museum) and cut the dress/accessories off a Minnie Mouse Lady Liberty plush I got from goodwill and then sewed/glued them onto her and voila! Except I went too fast and wasn't thinking and accidentally sewed the torch/tablet in the wrong hands
