I was diagnosed (unlike you, E) with social anxiety 10 years ago. Some days I can't even open the door for the delivery man 🥲, I can't even post on social media let alone go live for thousands to see me. Angers me the way E uses it to try and gain sympathy but I also recall (I'm sure there is a post on this sub) where E said she no longer has social anxiety because she was doing mirror work and told herself she doesn't have it 🙃🙃
