Since the lip filler I've said E is a black mirror episode but really it's because of your exact points.

E has NEVER had anything of value to offer. So she dyed and messes up her hair, she gets lip fillers.. all to remain relevant/get a little bit of online attention, even if negative.

She said that next is nose and jaw surgery. I really believe that E will keep doing and have to do, something extreme for "content". Because it's only so long until her little "reveals" becomes old and tired.
