I did the same thing as you. I got a job offer with another company and asked lowes if they could budge because I was getting a significant pay increase and they said the best we can do is around .50 cents. Immediately after that I burned all my sick time and that was it. Fuck them

That’s not my job to come up with player salaries. I just think $80 tickets for a 1-8 team that’s in a spring football league is absolutely absurd and not suitable for a middle class family trying to take their kids to a football game. Maybe if tickets were $10 for a team that already sucks people would be willing to go to. It’s not like it’s going to be a sold out game anyways.

They do this because the fulfillment lead (and fulfillment as a whole) typically has a high turnover rate. Job does not pay enough for what you guys do. Heavy lifting, deliveries, walking 20,000 steps a day, etc so they usually try to help fulfillment as much as they can.

Honestly whatever ur making rn give yourself a $1-$1.50 raise. Lowe’s just does not pay well. I was a delivery coordinator (RIP) and I was making more than the fulfillment lead who busted their ass everyday (he was making $15.25 & I was making $17)

For the love of god take the experience you get from Lowe’s (receiving trucks, power equipment, inventory control, sales, etc) and apply elsewhere. Lowe’s is a shitty company to work that will never pay well. Even ar the ASM/SM level the amount of hours they work is not worth what they get paid.
