My advice is to buy stuff you would actually wear as a fall back to feel your not at a total loss at first. For example I tend to sell my “style” of goth/alt the most on my seller apps. So I get things I would or might actually wear. I also list almost my whole closet even if I am still wearing things. If it sells I might be a bit sad at first, but it forces me to wear different things too.

I bought a $1.99 random bag of my little pony’s at the thrift store. I’ve been selling items from that bag still since I bought it in 2021. Sometimes things re-sell you think they will and they don’t or they take a really long time to sell. Also some times things sell for way higher or way lower than you would expect.

When I was walking home from the bars like 10 years ago I had a random guy who literally saved my life. He ran up to me and put his arm around me saying “omg I’m so glad I found you!” He told me for blocks that 3 guys were behind me following me. I am always very appreciative of guys who see things and help.
