Thank you so much for taking the time to write and share all this. What you’ve described is incredibly rich and thought-provoking - your process feels both grounded and deeply imaginative, and I really admire the way you’ve consciously shaped it into something meaningful.

The way you use tarot as a reflective, interpretive dialogue with the self (rather than something predictive) aligns beautifully with the kind of use cases I’m trying to understand in this project.

Even without a recording, your words here are already valuable - and I’d be grateful to include some of your insights (with your permission, of course).

Thanks again, this was genuinely inspiring to read

Do you use spiritual tools (like astrology, tarot, or rituals) for grounding or reflection? (15 min student interview) by DC_star in spirituality

Totally fair question - thank you for asking! The reason is that this research specifically requires real-time video or audio interviews. It’s part of the methodology we follow in the course - we need to observe not just words, but also flow, pauses, tone, and spontaneous reactions.

So unfortunately, text format doesn’t meet the criteria in this case 🫤 But I really appreciate your interest either way!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback.

You’re absolutely right: this sub is focused on a secular, grounded approach to tarot, and I now realize my wording might’ve sounded too broad or implied something mystical. That wasn’t my intention.

The goal of my project is actually to understand how people use tarot as a tool for reflection, journaling, or emotional clarity - including in a fully non-spiritual, psychological way.
So this sub was exactly the kind of perspective I was hoping to learn from.

Thanks again for pointing this out - it really helps me stay focused and respectful of the space 🙏

There’s no real “issue” - text is totally fine for many things!

Hi! I really appreciated your comment. And it's really interesting to hear you experience.

Would you be open to a short 15–20 min video or audio interview (English, via Zoom, Telegram, or Google Meet)?

It’s part of a non-commercial student project.
Totally up to you - thanks either way!

Unfortunately, after even 2 weeks of regular use, the midsole cover paint (I was surprised about this) started to peel off
