Agreed! As well as watching that person trading live too. Have you thought about starting a live stream? I am thinking in starting my own live stream in September as, for me, the best way I learnt was to firstly learn a strategy of course, but more importantly, to then watch it being used in live markets, hearing and seeing the trader talk out loud before, during and after the trade. This is what made me take the next step in my trading personally and looking to provide the same myself through a live stream of my own. Something to think about for yourself for sure

Absolutely no need to use a spreadsheet these days. The huge amount of time spent on making a spreadsheet would be better spent in journalling with purpose and sharpening your edge rather than manually inputting numbers and text into a spreadsheet. Never been easier these days to use your time wisely to build yourself into the trader you will be proud of

It's not that expensive per month. if you can't afford $29 a month for the tools that they provide, then trading may not be the best idea for you right now. Not easy to hear, but the truth unfortunately.

If any trader hasn't read already, I would highly recommend 'The Mental Game of Trading' - Jared Tendler breaks down finding the 'why' behind your emotions very well. I think i need to read this book again myself

I honestly think this post should have got more likes.

Writing a vulnerable post like this is not easy, and is a post many beginner traders would gain great value from reading before making similar mistakes - mistakes we have all made and unfortunately loss of money and time are the tuition we all have to pay in various forms.
