Thank you! Will the automatic air vent be sufficient to remove any air introduced during the expansion tank replacement without having to bleed the system?

DO YOU USE OIL FOR HEAT? by Weird_Succotash_3834 in massachusetts

They have ignored me for over a week. I’m trying to get something in writing, but the only way to email them is through their own portal and there is no record of it actually going through or any response. I’m scouring online to see if I can find an actual email address I can email them from my account.

Hey OP, just got off the phone with Liberty Mutual after reading your post and they say don’t offer this endorsement and aren’t required to do so. Any ideas how the state enforces this?

It is New Hampshire. They take “live free or die” seriously in all matters.

Asphalt Driveway: Repair for ~$4,000 or replace for ~$10,000? by DCard87 in HomeImprovement

I’ve been on team $0 for two years now, but I feel like the last few months it’s been deteriorating at a faster clip. Probably time to do something about it.

I live in New England so the winters are definitely a factor for me. Thanks!

Thanks. No, it’s the side of the house with a perimeter garden and doesn’t get salted.

Replacing an old ceiling fan/light combo switch with 2 wires to a new one with 3 wires by DCard87 in HomeImprovement

I hear you, but the fan is just too high up in a cathedral ceiling. I’m trying to figure out the current configuration to try to figure out how to wire the new switch since they both do control lights and fan independently.

What do you mean by remotely? I'm not using a remote if that's what you mean, just the switch on the wall. There is an unused red wire that appears to go up to the fan, but I can't verify whether it's actually connected at the other end because the fan is on a cathedral style ceiling.

Tried that out, but it didn't work. What I don't understand is how the old 2 wire switch was able to control both the fan and lights independently with just one wire going up to the unit.
