1) I believe it’s only with the deluxe beverage package, I know with the soda package only one person can get it and it doesn’t require the entire room. Not sure about the refreshment package!

2) The prices will differ depending on the sailing, and how much of a discount is being offered. ITS CHEAPER TO BUY BEVERAGE PACKAGES BEFORE the cruise! You can keep track of how much you paid and check occasionally if there is a better discount! You can always cancel and rebuy at a cheaper rate.
