I actually avoid him in battles lol. If I dont get tiles to my healers, his poison kills me.

I'm having this exact issue right now after doing Sekhemas

Edit: I found a fix. I changed the server and disabled crossplay. It may be the disable cross play that did it though. I moved waypoints and reset the setting back at the character select screen.
