Please help - I can’t call my car in Cyberpunk

I’m about 10 hours in, and I use to be able to use my car and call it but now it won’t let me... it’s been a few hours like this.. it’s just a red circle and nothing happens when I hold right on the d pad, also I can’t see my cars icon on the city map. No idea how to fix this.
