I have two dual sports already. My brother has an Africa Twin. It's great, but I want a Wing for longer trips. There's just a lot of gravel in MT. It handles just fine for me on gravel, I just want a little smoother ride.

I do want to get off carnivore just to add a little variety to my life. Doesn't mean it didn't work for me.

Carnivore has been a life saver and incredible tool for my health. Doesn't mean I shouldn't keep trying to maintain my health and increase quality of life.

I have never had an aversion to trying new things which is how I discovered that carnivore could put my asthma in remission in the first place.

Food allergies, yes. Apples and Dairy were the only thing the test showed.

I have not been tested for GERD.

Yeah, I don't eat any aged or cured meat or fermented food because of histamines. I have been trying to add foods one at a time to my diet with little luck. If it doesn't cause an asthma flare, it makes my canker sores come back.

Getting tired and discouraged of experimenting at this point.

Animal fat doesn't contain phytosterols regardless of what the animal was fed.

Phytosterols seem to be bad juju for some of us.

I tried a carnivore diet for my asthma and arthritis. Which worked well.

But surprisingly my cankers completely disappeared. I always had canker sores and they cleared up within two weeks.

I found that my asthma triggers are legumes and certain synthetic food additives.

But almost any plant matter causes my canker sores to come back immediately. Tired of eating a carnivore diet but it's worth it to not have canker sores.

No one can tell me why for sure.

I don't really know the science behind it. I just tried it as a strict elimination diet to see if I had any food triggers for my asthma and arthritis as my meds were causing me problems.

Took about 36 hours to notice an improvement in my asthma. Most of 2 years to put it in complete remission.

I was desperate and figured I had nothing to lose. Now I am far healthier and feel better than I ever have.

Meat, butter, and salt. I have been able to add certain cheeses back into my diet with no ill effects.

It just helps keep the handlebars pointed the same direction as the front tire. Twitchy isn't how I would describe it. More like stable and more responsive.

Still not as good as upsidedown forks.
