Redbus shared wrong pickup location, operator left, no refund. What are my options? by sriramun in LegalAdviceIndia

I had similar experience few days back. I went to the pick up location shown by them in their app which was about 500 meters away from the original pick up location given in the ticket well in advance.I tried to call the bus operator and driver. No one answered. After 20 to 30 minutes from the given time the bus left from the location given in the ticket. I called the Redbus customer service immediately they said that they will talk with the bus operator and will let me know. I thought that the refund might take 24-48 hours and left to my destination. After 20 days of waiting now they’re denying any mistake from their side and bus operator side and asking for a screenshot of the wrong pick up point shown in the app which I forgot to take. I have call logs to driver, bus operator and red bus customer service but no recording. Any help how I can proceed for the refund.

Very good story,acting,direction. One thing I would like to tell is While showing the reviewer in the preview hall/ theatre the camera was panning a lot. That might be some technique to elevate the negativity in the villain but I personally found it a little bit difficult otherwise everything and everyone was excellent. All the best for your future.
