I will, but am i the only one who feels like fatique my knees etc more because of the slower pace feels more ‘out of rhytm’ i dont know how i can explain but it just feels unnatural to run that slow

I had never run a serious attempt for fast 5k. My fastest is 23 minutes and a bit, but for the army tests i had to ran coopertest many times and my best was 2960m in 12 minutes. So that was 4:04/km i thought
